Rose McGowan Rockin An Interesting Accessory On A D&G Party

Rose had a small accident, but it didn't stop her to get to that party and make a leg cast glamorous... Just before the Dolce & Gabbana party in Cannes Rose ran down the stairs and broke her left foot. The one comment from Rose that I found cute was: "The doctor thought I was crying because I was in pain but I told him it was because I have to go to Cannes and I refuse to wear flats"
Now that's one red carpet diva!
