After the fabulous Petra Nemcova Cannes appearance, Madonna couldn't let the sexy model be the star of the show, thus showed up in a see through dress (celebrity way, of course- without a bra).
I wonder if we'll ever stop seeing the pop queen semi-nude? On the other hand, she still looks fantastic for her age...
